does anyone know how to make your art look like a glitch??? like idk that glitch effect i wanna try something lol

If your using PS try duplicating the whole drawing and keep that as a separate layer on top of all the other layers in your drawing.
Erase a whole bunch of it, leaving the spots that you want the graphical glitch look to have.
Then use Motion Blur and Pixalte, the Colourize to a off colour.

Granted this is a theory, not sure if it would work?

I think there are a few tutorials out there for this, but my partner’s made some cool glitch stuff just by opening the picture as a text file and deleting or changing a few lines.

BUT BEST OF ALL IS THEIR MOUTHS, which look small then their beaks are closed (they’ve even got cute lil’ whiskers!)
